The popular 10-year-old, matured in former sherry casks, in the limited edition Lantern Editon!
The gift pack is made of sheet metal in the form of a lantern, with carrying handle.

Aroma: very soft on the nose, noticeably vanilla and sweetened almonds - a very nice balance of fresh oak and cinnamon
Taste: fruity and spicy, gentle transition to toffee and a lot of sherry
Departure: the fruity notes remain, the vanilla also comes back - dry on the finish with a delicate touch of peat smoke

Lieferung sehr schnell, alles unkompliziert, Ware ohne Beschädigung erhalten. Whiskey schmeckt, Laterne schon im Einsatz. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder.

Der Tamdhu bekommt eine volle 5, die kompletten 10 Jahre Reifezeit im Sherryfass zahlen sich aus. Gewürze, ein kleines bisschen Rauch und Fruchtiges passen gut zusammen. Und die Laterne aus der Umverpackung landete blitzschnell bei meiner Frau und wurde mit einer Kerze veredelt.
P.S. Meiner Frau schmeckt der T. außerordentlich gut.

OK, die Laterne ist Spielerei (ich steh' drauf).
Aber der Whisky ist toll. Auch ein schöner "Damenwhisky".
Süß. Da beißt nix. Und ehrlich! Keine Färbung oder Kühlfiltrierung.
