Exclusive bottling with an edition of 850 bottles, distilled in 2012, matured over five years in former Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, bottled in 2017.

Aroma: sweet aromas of ripe berries and dried fruits - with light oak wood smoke and some leather
Taste: again the berries and the dried fruits, pickled plums and vanilla - over all smoky oak tones and notes of greasy leather
Departure: on the finish a lot of chocolate and spicy oak, with slight hints of tobacco leaves and freshly peeled mandarin

Edition: 850 bottles with individual numbering

Ich liebe diese Glen Els Sherry Cask-gereiften Abfüllungen. Trotz der 5 Jahre hat diese Abfüllung ein herrliches Aroma und einen sehr leckeren Geschmack. Achtung, Ende 2019 müssen die Glen Els-Abfüllungen als "Elsburn" verkauft werden, da die Hammerschmiede nicht mehr den Namensteil "Glen" im Produktnamen führen darf.
