Wolfburn's easy-to-taste single malt whiskey bears the name of the highest mountain in the northern Highlands.
Only slightly tarted malt was used for this bottling, as it differs significantly from the other two standard bottlings "Northland" and "Aurora", both of which are fired from malted malts.
The phenol content is only 10ppm and still has the single malt whiskey intense notes of peat smoke.
Aroma: smoky with aromas of ripe fruit and fresh sea air
Taste: floral notes, with ripe cereals, vanilla and spicy notes
Departure: again the vanilla and the seasoning, plus a significant amount of peat and smoke
