With this single-cask bottling Wemyss presents an unusually fruity Mortlach with intense notes of ripe melons - only 368 bottles were bottled by this 15-year-old single malt whiskey.

Aroma: sweet fruits - especially melon, pineapple, peach and orange - doused with mild honey, then a mild herbal scent, reminiscent of green tea with a little cinnamon - behind it a little coconut and vanilla
Taste: unusually fruity for a Mortlach, clearly juicy honeydew melon and a fruit cocktail of oranges and nectarines
Departure: creamy-soft on the finish - reminiscent of a vanilla dessert
