Distilled in 1997, this single malt whiskey matured for 19 years in a hogshead and developed almost extraordinary notes, which inevitably remind of a large pitcher of fresh apple juice.

Aroma: sweet barley and freshly cut Pink Lady apple, plus fresh citrus and classic floral and waxy aromas
Taste: mouth-filling and soft in the taste, then becoming spicier with a strong tart-sweet touch of naturally cloudy apple juice - behind it salty caramel and melted butter
Finish: almost oily on the finish with a distinct, long-lasting spiciness
