An Irish Blended Whiskey from an eight-year-old single grain whiskey and a much older (unfortunately the age is not mentioned) Single Malt Whiskey - the barrels were married to each other and matured in Spanish, former Oloroso sherry casks.

Nose: full flavors of malt and nuts, sweet vanilla and nutmeg
Taste: creamy in the taste with spicy notes and tannins of old oak
Finish: soft and sweet on the finish, with a rich, buttery note
