Since 2003, Tomatin fills the 12-year-old - he replaced the 10-year-old bottling.
Nose: toasted cereal and traces of wintry spices such as cardamom and cinnamon, somewhat buttery with roasted oak - then dark sugar, malt and some rum and apple peel
Taste: medium body, very well balanced - pleasantly sweet with clear notes of fudge and toffee, the sugar and the spices come back, with herbs
Finish: mid-length finish with sweet and fruity notes
