The Owl Distillery is located in the Belgian Fexhe-le-Haut-Clocher and burns its whiskey in the legendary stills of the long-closed, Scottish distillery Caperdonich.
For three years this single malt whiskey matured in first-fill exBourbon barrels.

Aroma: lots of vanilla and ripe bananas, then getting fruity with yellow plums, pears and figs
Taste: fresh in the taste, very fruity, now clearly apple and citrus fruits with vanilla cream - behind it spicy notes of white pepper and fresh ginger
Departure: long and fruity on the finish - all fruits are present again and the vanilla remains dominant for a long time
