Aroma: intense sherry aromas and sweet Demerara sugar with preserved fruits - beeswax in the background
Taste: at the beginning a slightly peppery note, then develop magnificent notes of ripe plums and raspberries, coupled with notes of ripe bananas
Finish: long and creamy on the finish - the fruits and honey are preserved for a long time
