Product information "Emperor Sherry Finish"
Under the name Emperor Christophe Aulner and Bruno Le Merle have united three distilleries of Mauritius.
The Emperor Sherry Finish, after its maturation period of five to twelve years, receives an additional six-month finish in former sherry casks.

Nose: clearly the sherry barrel influence - sweet aromas of tropical and dried fruits - in the background spicy tones
Palate: Soft with a pleasant sweetness of mild honey and a soft butterscotch - then develop spicy notes of pepper, coriander and cloves, oak and roasted nuts
Finish: long, pleasantly fruity-sweet finish
