For the 200th anniversary of the Scottish Lowland distillery, Bladnoch presented this bottling for the first time - matured in Californian exRed Wine Casks and ex-Bourbon Casks.
Gaelic word Samsara means rebirth and very elegantly describes the reopening of the distillery.
A composition of exBourbon and fully matured Californian Red Wine Casks.
The age of the single malts used is between 12 and 18 years.
Tasting Notes: This is how the Bladnoch Samsara tastes like
- Nose: strong aromas of fresh fruit compote with plums and grapes - with slight hints of vanilla
- Palate: the plums again, with orange blossoms and sweet grapes - behind them there are light notes of citrus fruits and vanilla
- Finish: long in the finish with slightly sweet hints of ripe oranges and plums

Ein unkomplizierter und milder, aber doch auch ein sehr komplexer Malt. Schmeckt nach und nach immer besser.
