Aroma: Peanut brittle and covered peach cake, followed by aromas of syrup, honey and a little grapefruit juice - like a sweet fruit compote with peach, apricot and strawberry Taste: at the beginning an intense sweetness of maple syrup and caramel, then effervescent and fruit candy Departure: incredibly sweet and full-bodied - very long finish
