The Double Single Compass Box 46%vol. Sample 0,04l

Compass Box 'third, limited edition of the Double Single.
John Glaser selected and married only two whiskys for this bottling - a 19-year-old malt whisky made from re-charred exBourbon Hogsheads by distillery Glen Elgin, which accounts for 72% of the content, and a grain whisky of at least the same age. charred exBourbon barrels from the distillery Girvan.

Nose: fresh barley and warm wheat pastry, then clearly milk chocolate, soft vanilla flavors - in the background slightly salty hints
Taste: again the vanilla, to fruity notes of lemons and oranges - above all light spicy tones of cinnamon and coriander
Finish: sweet cereal and spicy malt
