The seventh bottling of the 100% Islay Edition of Kilchoman.
Kilchoman distils this single malt whiskey with home grown barley, and the malting takes place in the distillery itself.
Matured for seven years in fresh and refill-exBourbon barrels.

Aroma: clearly vanilla and light citrus aromas - malty hints behind
Taste: now intense notes of citrus fruits and plenty of butterscotch - over all light peat smoke
Finish: long on the finish - now more peat and sweet fruity notes
