An elegant, heavy pot still rum made from molasses in a forsyth pot still in St. Catherine, Jamaica. Distilled in 2005, the rum matured in French oak barrels for over 10 years until 2015 - ripened under the tropical sun, Angel's share is more than 64% vol.
