A young but very remarkable 6-year-old Port Charlotte - this single malt whiskey received a second, 6-month maturation in a custom 50l barrel, doused from the staves of former Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks.

Aroma: the scent of BBQ with burnt orange peel, some blueberry and maple syrup - then clearly toasted bread with cheese and jam
Taste: sweet with lots of Pedro Ximénez sherry, smoked ham and nutty notes - sweet dates and cherries
Finish: lots of smoke, waxy notes and mellow honey

Edition: 100 bottles with individual numbering
