The Scottish Highlands in the fog!
Signatory selected three exBourbon barrels for this bottling, married them and filled the single malt whiskey without cold filtration to a total of 1,135 bottles with an alcohol content of "only" 40% vol. - And just this low alcohol content makes the whiskey appear so cloudy and foggy in the bottle and in the glass without cold filtration.
For the taste buds remain oils and fats contained in the whiskey and let the single malt to a true taste experience.

Aroma: like the soil in a Dunnage warehouse, with peat and smoke - in the background slightly fruity aromas, some oak and phenols
Taste: more and more peat smoke and phenols, old leather and beeswax polish - above the light notes of exotic fruits, paired with spicy notes of cinnamon and ginger
Finish: peat, leather and fruit on the finish - warming
