This bottling of a 9-year-old Blair Athol from the Scottish Highlands was created from a freshly filled exSherry Butt and a refilled exSherry Hogshead.

Aroma: distinct sherry influence with aromas of candied fruits, figs and barley malt
Taste: peppery in the taste with notes of grapefruit and almonds - in the background cloves
Finish: long, spicy finish - again the sherry tones and the sweet fruits
