Aroma: floral, with sweet citrus aromas - then increasingly vanilla and freshly harvested barley, the aromas are sweeter - raisins and sultanas, toffee and candy
Taste: fresh green apples and limes, cinnamon in the background, then ginger comes to the fore, light oak tones
Finish: medium, clearly ripe fruits and again the barley
