Nose: in the foreground spicy aromas of ripe rye, with fresh herbs and some cinnamon - followed by fruity notes of stored apples and pears, followed by sweet caramel
Taste: again the rye and the herbs, then Butterscotch and notes of dried figs in the foreground - in the background roasted coffee beans
Finish: warm, balanced finish - the spice and fruits are preserved for a long time
