Product information "Tamdhu Batch Strength No. 002 Sherry Cask Matured 58.8% vol. 0,7l"
The second bottling of Tamdhu in barrel strength.
Matured exclusively in exSherry casks, a small number of barrels were selected and married together for this bottling.

Aroma: warm golden syrup, then fresh bread with peanut butter - served with cinnamon, white pepper and cocktail cherries
Taste: mouth-filling with sweet notes of sherry-soaked oak, dark berries and creamy vanilla - soft with a little water. spicy notes and fresh fruits
Finish: long, spicy finish with notes of dried fruits, hazelnuts and vanilla

Sehr lecker. Alkohol schön eingebunden. Verträgt aber auch ein paar Tropfen Wasser. Gefällt mir gut.

Nase: würzig, Rosinen, geröstete Maroni, Rosinen, Sherry eher im Hintergrund, auch Vanille und Eiche
Gaumen: kräftig, eher rote Früchte, Gewürze, Vanille, leicht rauchig
Abgang: sehr lang, süss, etwas pfeffer, Vanille und Pudding, wieder eher rote Früchte, etwas trocknende Eiche

Für mich ein wenig unharmonisch, gewinnt deutlich mit Wasserzugabe
