The Destillery Lagavulin is located on Scotland's westernmost Isle of Islay. Once a year Lagavulin completes its version for Diageo's Distillers Edition series. This single malt whiskey gets an extra ripening in former Pedro Ximenez barrels - Spain's darkest sherry.
