A single former Sherry Butt, distilled on 18.12.1975, was selected for this bottling.
Matured for over 40 years in the warehouses of the distillery, the barrel was bottled in June 2016 to only 511 bottles.

Aroma: at the beginning intense aromas of tropical fruits, especially ripe bananas. behind it traces of campfire smoke and burned logs
Taste: ripe plums and dark raisins are present, then yellow pears, a robust peat note and old leather followed by spicy oak
Departure: long and warming on the finish, the fruits and the spice are preserved for a long time - slight smoky tones above all else
