El Ron Prohibido Habanero 15 year old
The "forbidden" (Prohibido, english: forbidden) rum of Mexico.
For 15 long years, this rum ripens in the solera process before finding its way into the bottles.
Nose: clearly sweet berries and caramel, followed by aromas of nuts and fresh vanilla pods, some oak in the background
Taste: soft and pleasant - again the fruity berries, roasted coffee beans and soft chocolate
Finish: long and very soft on the finish - a light fruity sweetness
