Nose: a fresh sweetness - Turkish honey and mild heather honey are present, as well as warm, roasted butter toast and freshly ground Java coffee
Taste: pleasantly sweet at first, then intense notes of caramel and more and more chocolate - distinct sherry tones develop and push into the foreground
Finish: the sherry remains present, dark chocolate, raisins and sultanas - very long finish
