The West Cork Bourbon Cask Matured is the distillery's flagship. Composed of grain (75%) and malt (25%) whiskey and aged in bourbon casks, the blend is smooth and balanced, with notes of malt, lingering sweetness, citrus, Apple and nutmeg. 

The team at West Cork Distillers, founded in 2003, built most of the equipment themselves. Today, Ireland's southernmost whiskey distillery works with eight pot stills, managing around < strong>55,000 kegs in seven warehouses and sells its products in over 70 countries. A remarkable success.
It builds on the vision of the three founding friends: Produce whiskey of the highest quality at attractive prices and at the same time sustainable jobs in one of the most remote and at the same time most beautiful Creating regions of Ireland.
