The distillery Mortlach is one of the great "pearls" of the Scottish Speyside.
Signatory has here two exclusive Hogsheads, distilled on 30.07.1996, married and bottled on 17.02.2017.

Aroma: full body with floral aromas, then plums and roasted almonds
Taste: again fruity notes, now clearly pear and honey - malty tones
Finish: long and smooth on the finish with traces of ripe apples
