A single refill Sherry Butt selected Signatory for this bottling of a 20-year-old Clynelish from the Scottish Highlands.
Distilled on September 26, 1995, the single malt whiskey matured for over 20 years before bottling the barrel on August 30, 2016 at only 613 bottles.

Aroma: freshly baked bread with light aromas of salted butter - followed by soft raisins, redcurrants and some caramel
Taste: a strong Oloroso sherry sweetness with hints of flambéed orange - over all lies light wood smoke
Departure: soft and creamy on the finish, with prominent fruit notes and strong malt
