70% sherry butts
30% Bourbon Hogsheads

Aroma: an elegant mix of nuts, toffee and marzipan - coconut, cream brulee and beeswax behind
Taste: beeswax again, then creamy toffee, chocolate and dried fruits and raisins
Finish: Long, gentle finish with notes of salty caramel and maple syrup
