A 12-year old single malt whiskey from the Irish West Cork distillery, initially stored in exBourbon barrels, then matured in former sherry casks.

Aroma: clearly the sherry - ripe fruits, above all red berries and plum, in addition raisins and dates - behind it fresh vanilla and oak wood
Taste: now it's getting fruity! intense notes of red, ripe berries and plums, juicy raisins - the sherry is unmistakable! - This is joined by a rich malt note and again the oak
Finish: long fruity finish, worn by sherry
