Ein genialer Dram, dieser Ballechin gehört für mich immer wieder in den Schrank. Seine ölige Konsistenz und seine Weichheit, verbunden mit der Süße im Geschmack (Karamell) und dem süßen Rauch treffen meinen Geschmack. Dazu leichter Torf und dunkle Früchte. Einfach genial
