Aroma: gently spicy with clearly dried fruits - dates and raisins - a lot of malt and slightly nutty notes
Taste: clearly the influence of the sherry barrels - fruity-sweet, again the dates and raisins, in addition to dark berries and a light sherry sweetness, soft and creamy with a strong malt note and nutty notes of hazelnuts and almonds
Departure: long finish with an elegant balance of fruity-sweet berry-pickled berries and spicy-malty notes
