Nose: slightly fruity aromas of apples and pears, coupled with an elegant nutty note of almonds and walnuts - then spicier with cinnamon, pepper and cedar
Taste: again the apples, then clearly the rye and some barley malt - again spicy tones, especially coriander and cloves, behind it slight honey notes
Finish: medium in finish - with a blend of fruity sweetness and spicy notes

Eigentlich wollte ich nur den "normalen" Bruder bestellen, aber Rye hat mich neugierig gemacht un ich habe es nicht bereut. Perfekt aufeinander abgestimmter Geschmack, der etwas kräftiger ist.
