The finest Caribbean rums are combined in this bottling, plus creamy Madagascar vanilla and fresh orange peel and a closely guarded combination of various spices, including cinnamon, cloves and a hint of cardamom.
A fine spiced rum in an extraordinary bottle, wrapped in brown paper, Wrapped with a string around the neck of the bottle and sealed with black wax.

Tasting Notes: This is how Ableforth's Rumbullion! tastes like

  • Nose: intense, almost decadent aromas of sweet vanilla and flambéed orange, with some cardamom and cloves - then getting sweeter and juicier, fresh cinnamon and freshness Orange peel
  • Palate: juicy! in the taste - it makes your mouth water - orange marmalade, slightly spicy tones, manuka honey and cinnamon - then syrup and toffee, apples, crème brulée and oranges studded with cloves
  • Finish: long in the finish with spicy notes, fresh orange and creamy-sweet vanilla
