As with all bottlings under the name of Finlaggan, unfortunately, the Islay distillery should not be mentioned here.
A small batch bottling of an Islay Single Malt Whisky, matured in ex-port wine barrels.

Nose: sweet peat smoke, smoked ham and ripe summer fruits
Taste: the sweet peat smoke is increasing - fruity notes of raspberries and strawberries
Finish: warm ash from peat fire - in the background a pleasant sweetness - long finish
