Bib & Tucker was the term for the finest clothes in the US from the 17th to the 19th century - the Sunday clothes or the best party clothing.
It is not by chance that this name was chosen for this Bourbon whiskey - the Bourbon is produced just as carefully as the best clothes were used at the time!

Bib & Tucker is distilled twice, first in a column still and then in a traditional copper bladder.
The distillate consists of 70% corn and 30% rye & malt and aged for at least six years in fresh, charred oak barrels.
This underlines the fine, elegant yet very complex notes of the Bourbon.

Nose: very fine and characteristic with a touch of chestnut, old leather, chamomile and green apple, with caramel candies and warm cinnamon - in the background distinctive cedar wood
Taste: Clear vanilla and oak notes, freshly cut grass, mineral notes and again the old leather - very well balanced with a wonderfully integrated sweetness
Finish: very long-lasting finish with a complex and very elegant chestnut note, paired with some oriental fennel and anise
