With this bottling, the devil manages to escape Islay!
The third and final bottling in the The Devil's Cask series is a vatting of freshly filled exPedro Ximenez and ex Oloroso sherry casks.

Aroma: Raisins, caramel and soft chocolate, slightly fruity notes of orange peel and plums - in the background a light hint of salt
Taste: again the chocolate, with ripe, dark fruits and spicy notes - pleasant smoke and candied fruits
Finish: long finish with noticeably sherry and roasted coffee
