Caol Ila's 17-year-old single malt is distilled without the need for malt - only once a year does this distillery's only untreated whiskey appear.
Matured in exBourbon American oak barrels, this is truly an unusual Caol Ila.

Aroma: fruity-fresh with a light sweetness - reminiscent of fruit cake and caramel - light wood smoke
Taste: warm-soft, slightly creamy, the sweetness remains, with notes of herbs, sea salt and pepper
Finish: long and warming on the finish
