The distillery Loch Lomond impresses with a variety of outstanding whiskeys - both single malts and single grains, as well as impressive blended whiskies.

The Loch Lomond 18 Year Old is a Single Malt Whisky with distillates from Straight Neck and Swan Neck pot stills.
The Loch Lomond 18 Year Old matures in refilled and recharred former American oak Bourbon Casks.
The result is an intense Highland single malt with clear notes of ripe fruit, honey and a gentle smoky note.

Tasting Notes: This is how the Loch Lomond 18 year old tastes like

  • Nose: clear aromas of green apples and ripe grapefruit, followed by lovage and spicy oak
  • Palate: elegant notes of roasted oak and spicy tobacco leaves - behind them green fruits, especially apples and gooseberries
  • Finish: long finish with hints of tobacco and tea leaves in balance with soft medicinal peat and wood smoke
