A spicy spicy tamdhu from Speyside, Scotland - bottled by Douglas Laing in May 2015 at the age of 17 in the Old Particular series.

Aroma: initially a warm-spicy character, followed by plenty of toffee and vanilla
Taste: mouth-filling - still spicy, carried by a dry oak character - slightly charred
Finish: Long finish - still sweet and spicy before intense notes of dry, dark chocolate stand out
