Limited, 21-year-old bottling with individual numbering!
Bushmills uses exOloroso-Sherry-, exBourbon- and exMadeira-Casks for this bottling.

Nose: lots of toffee and honey, fruity-spicy notes and some roasted coffee
Taste: pleasant mouthfeel, creamy with notes of nuts, dates and figs - followed by grapes and exotic fruits, especially mango and apricot
Finish: like sweet syrup, with some tobacco and mint
