Balmenach is located in the heart of Speyside, Scotland, near Grantown-on-Spey. The distillery was one of the first to be legalized in 1823. Gordon & MacPhail chose refill Sherry Hogsheads and Butts from 2006 for this bottling, bottled in 2014 at the age of eight.
Aroma: sweet and fresh with aromas of cream, lemonade and roasted malt Taste: also in the taste a slight sweetness, very fruity with notes of ripe bananas and oranges - with milk chocolate Finish: medium-length, fruity finish with a pleasant sweetness
