Benromachs strong tormented single malt whiskey with a phenol content of 62ppm!
Distilled in 2006, the single malt matured in first-fill exBourbon barrels before being bottled in 2015.

Aroma: at the beginning sweet aromas of honey and vanilla - then clearly smoked ham and fresh tobacco - in the background fruity aromas of apricots
Taste: peppery notes, paired with orange and anise - then campfire ash
Departure: spicy-fruity finish - again the smoked ham and the tobacco - clearly peat
