The Kilchoman Sanaig is a composition of four- and five-year-old exBourbon and exOloroso sherry casks. This whiskey is subsequently complemented with Kilchoman single malts from oloroso sherry casks. This results in a convincing single malt composition.
The proportion of exSherry casks used is significantly higher in this Kilchoman than in the Kilchoman Machir Bay bottling.
The Kilchoman Sanaig is bottled at 46.0%vol. Another quality feature is that a külfiltrierung is waived us so all the valuable flavors are preserved.

Hier hat Kilchoman einen sehr schönen Whisky kreiert. Ich muss immer ein Flasche im Haus haben. Sherry, Vanille, ein wenig Zitrus und der schöne Lagerfeuerrauch der Farmdistillery kommen gut ins Miteinander. Die Jahrgänge unterscheiden sich oft voneinander. Gerade der 2019er und der 2020er waren exquisit.
