The key is the use of a high percentage of malt whisky, excellent grain whisky and the careful maturation in new French oak, which adds an extra complexity.

Nose: sweet and creamy with lots of cereals - plus dried fruit, vanilla, citrus and warm apple pie
Taste: the creamy touch remains! gentle and elegant with rich notes of wintry spices, again the warm apple pie, raisins and also the citrus notes are back
Finish: rich and sweet on the finish with hints of pastries and spices

Nicht überkomplex, aber durchaus lecker. Perfekt, um einerseits mit Freunden zu trinken, die nicht sonderlich versiert beim Thema Whisky sind und andererseits auch als "Nebengetränk" zum Bier geeignet.
