Clynelish surprises with this limited bottling without age. The youngest whisky in this bottling is 15 years old. The various types of cask were used: first-fill exBourbon American oak barrels, European oak, rejuvenated and refilled European oak barrels.
Nose: a lot of chocolate and Jaffa biscuits - some cinnamon, fresh orange and lots of orchard Taste: even more orange and more sweetness - in a very nice balance with citrus fruits and a woody spice - honeysuckle and ginger - very complex and delicate Finish: a long, warm finish with a great spice
