A stunning deep dark Edradour, bottled by Signatory at the age of 10 in his Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Single cask bottling with an edition of only 928 bottles.

Aroma: a lot of sherry !, many dark, ripe fruits! a lot of sweetness! a lot of softness! much much much!
Taste: again clearly the sherry, pleasantly sweet - not too much! ripe red fruits, raisins and dates, with toffee and some oak - creamy soft!
Finish: here, too, the sherry, velvety soft and long on the finish
