Highland Park lets this whiskey ripen in fresh ex-serry barrels, resulting in a dark single malt whiskey with spicy and fruity notes.

Aroma: clearly the influence of sherry, with spicy aromas - then roasted hazelnuts, baked apples and ripe bananas
Taste: initially peat, softening with notes of cherries and warm dark chocolate
Finish: sweet, medium-long finish

Tolle Sherrybombe. Wie von HP nicht anders zu erwarten sehr fruchtig, leichter Rauch und das volle Sherryaroma. Schnell noch eine Flasche sichern bevor er vom Markt verschwindet!
