Aroma: a true fruit explosion! Figs, dates, ripe bananas, sultanas, red apples and limes - with a slight spiciness, sweet vanilla and some pine
Taste: dried fruit, a hint of citrus with aromatic oils and spices - again the vanilla sweetness, then roasted oak and barley
Departure: exceptionally long finish, rich in spicy notes and fruit, sweet butterscotch, some barley
