Ein Old Tom Gin darf in keiner Bar fehlen. Ist dieser doch die Basis für den berühmten Tom Collins. Hayman´s ist für diese Art Gin eine gute Wahl. Die Süße ist deutlich da, aber nimmt nicht überhand.
